Our Approach

Support is hardest to find at the moments it matters most

The period after a mental health crisis can be difficult to navigate. Appointments may not have started. Routines may have changed. Family members may not know what to do next.

There are also people who need support before they reach crisis, including people facing isolation, difficulties accessing services, neurodiversity-related challenges or barriers linked to culture and trust.

MentaSpring was created to help people navigate those gaps, alongside existing health and community services.

MentaSpring works alongside NHS, local authority and community services.

We do not diagnose or provide clinical treatment. Our role is to help people understand their options, navigate support, build confidence and remain connected to their communities.

Our work takes place in accessible community settings across Bexley and South-East London, including community halls, libraries and faith venues.

Cost should not be the reason someone goes without support.

Where programme costs arise, such as travel, refreshments or materials, these will be considered through our programme planning and funding.
