Why a Community Interest Company?
MentaSpring CIC was incorporated in April 2026 and is registered in England and Wales.
We chose the Community Interest Company structure because MentaSpring exists for community benefit.
Our work is intended to create practical benefit for the people and communities we serve. Resources are directed towards our community purpose, with accountability built into the way we operate.
We believe a community organisation should be able to explain clearly what it does, who it serves and how its work creates benefit.
The people we support should remain at the centre of the organisation's purpose.
